“Dallas has always been a great track for me. I remember back in 1999 when it all started for me, it was my first professional NHRA win. And I remember also helping to ‘seal the deal’ in a couple of my Top Fuel championships there by winning that race and getting one of those famous cowboy hats.
“Going into Dallas we’re going to keep our heads down, stay on the grind, and put our best foot forward. We’re going to try and continue to qualify in the ‘top three’ of the field and take it one round at a time. We’ll work hard, see what we can do and give it all we’ve got.”
