Quotable:
“I’ve got some great memories from Atlanta, and I’m looking forward to getting back there. I’ve done well at that track, from Pro Stock Motorcycle to my first year competing in Top Fuel when I beat ‘The Sarge’ there in the final in 2008. Atlanta Dragway always sticks out in my mind because it’s one of those old school tracks where the grandstands are right next to the race track and the fans get a great view. Atlanta fans are like no other. They come out of the woodwork when we race there.
“I’m amped up, pumped up. We had a great test session on Monday after Charlotte. We found some things that I think will give us a leg up where we can go out and compete at the high level we’ve been working so hard to reach. I feel like we’re turning the corner and really think Atlanta could be a great breakout race for us.”
