COMMERCE, Ga. (May 11, 2013) – Antron Brown and Don Schumacher Racing’s Matco Tools team were not daunted by barely losing the No. 1 qualifying position and settling for the second seed to start Saturday’s NHRA Southern Nationals at Atlanta Dragway.

The team merely went out during the rain-delayed Southern Nationals and dominated the four rounds of championship eliminations to win its second title of the season and move to within five points of DSR teammate Tony Schumacher.

“This is big, especially down here at the Southern Nationals,” Brown said. “This track has always been special to us. It’s our fifth time winning – two times in Pro Stock Motorcycle and three times now in Top Fuel. So, we like this place a lot. It reminds me a lot of tracks where I grew up in (New Jersey), like one of the grassroots tracks that’s been around forever. It’s got that special atmosphere, and the fans here are just intense.”

When Brown beat Brandon Bernstein in the championship round, it marked the 205th national event win for DSR, 39th career title for Brown and the fourth time this year and 36th since 203 when DSR has won two or more titles at the same NHRA national event.

After rain wiped out the Southern Nationals last weekend, the Mello Yello Series returned to the track north of Atlanta for abbreviated qualifying with only two sessions on Friday to determine the top-16 for Saturday’s championship eliminations.

“The track was a challenge these last two days,” Brown said. “We ran a (3.78) in the semis but Brandon threw the gauntlet out there with a (3.76 in the semifinals), so we thought we needed to set up for speed in the final.

“But then, like Atlanta does, the clouds went away and the sun came out and the track got warmer. We knew what we needed to do to get the job done. If we got beat, we got beat, but we wanted to go A to B and put on a race and not throw it away. We were fortunate to get the job done.”

Bernstein’s run in the semifinals was the quickest run over the two days.

“When he busted that (3.76) out in that semifinal round, all of our guys were looking at each other, (crew chiefs Brian Corradi and Mark Oswald) were looking at their computer screens, and telling me, ‘We’ll make this happen.’

“Then the sun came out and I saw our boys go back to their (computer) boxes doing different things. Those guys are just incredible. I’m very blessed to have them and to be a part of this Matco Tools/U.S. Army team. Those guys make it happen. They dialed back the car because the sun was out for so long before our run. All I do is pull the trigger on that bullet and hold on tight.”
The NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series moves to Heartland Park Topeka next weekend for the Kansas Nationals, an event Brown has never won in five tries.

Hello again all my NHRA.com Nitroholics. The 2013 season has been like a Cedar Point roller coaster ride and we’re only three races in. I can’t wait to see what the other 21 races have in store and we’ll find out in a few weeks when we head back out West to Las Vegas for our first of two visits to The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. I’m hoping there are more races like Gainesville!

Our Matco Tools team here at DSR did a great job of moving on from a tough situation at Pomona. I’m very blessed to be driving here at DSR and to have a well-built Matco Tools dragster. I was able to walk away pretty much unscathed from a violent crash. I want to thank all the fans for the well wishes and words of support at the track, via e-mail, on Facebook and Twitter. It means so much to hear the words of encouragement, so thank you all.

It was good for our entire team to regroup at Phoenix the next weekend rather than have time to think about it. I went home to get checked out by my doctor, while my team worked away at putting our backup car together. It was like getting bucked off the horse and getting right back on it. We ran 3.76 on Friday’s second lap at Phoenix to grab the provisional No. 1 spot before Doug Kalitta got us on Saturday’s last run. We had a solid performance on race day until the semifinals when I wasn’t on my game. I was late and Tony was on it and the Army team got us and went on to the win, but overall Phoenix was a great rebound event for our Matco team; made all of us go back to work hard!

I went straight from Phoenix to San Diego for Matco’s Tool Expo at the beautiful Grand Hyatt hotel. I always have a great time at Expo. The Matco distributors and their families make me feel like an “A list” celebrity. It was such an awesome time for them to get to take pictures with the 2012 NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series championship trophy. Let me tell you, after @MatcoTools Expo, my right hand got a good workout from signing autographs. Matco’s send-off dinner this year was on the U.S.S. Midway. San Diego is a fantastic military town and it was so cool to tour the Midway and for all the Matco families to get to take tours and see the fighter planes and use the simulators before heading home to sell the best tools in the business. And hey, if you’ve ever thought about a career change and want to be your own boss and join our championship team with Matco, go towww.gomatco.com to see about becoming a Matco Tools franchise owner.

After Phoenix, we had a few off weeks, in which I worked hard in gym, spent time with the family and got to join some of the other championship winning teams and drivers based in the state of Indiana for Indiana Motorsports Day at the Indiana Statehouse on March 5. We got to stand in with the state House and Senate and then got some time with newly elected Gov. Mike Pence. DSR presented Gov. Pence with a special NHRA “Wally” trophy for his office in the State Capitol building.

Gainesville was another busy race for the brothaman. I met Scott Smith of NHRA on Wednesday and we did a media tour in Jacksonville before driving down to Gainesville. Let me tell you, I didn’t get a ticket driving through Waldo or Starke on 301 this year! Both John Force and I have gotten tickets on that darn road. LOL On Thursday, I joined “Fast Jack” and DSR’s Sr. Vice President Mike Lewis for an event with Sandvik’s mining division in Alachua, Fla. What a great group of people who love NHRA racing. That night, I attend my first-ever Don Garlits Drag Racing Hall of Fame dinner at the Paramount Hotel. I was asked to present inductee Louis Senter. It was so cool to meet a pioneer of drag racing and hot rodding. Louis was one of the people that helped form SEMA. I even got to spend some time with Louis family when I was in California for Toyota Motorsports Day last week. They are my new extended Cali family.

The Gators was another good event for us. We qualified second, again, after Doug Kalitta got us again on Q4, again. Racing from the No. 2 spot, Brian and Mark and the Matco boys gave us a 3.7-second bracket car. We held off DSR teammate Spencer Massey in the semis to race up against my buddy Clay Millican, who’s going to be a force all season long over there at Vandergriff’s. With Johnny Gray in one half of the Funny Car final, we had a chance to get DSR’s 200th win. After Johnny knocked off Del, DSR had win No. 199. We put down low ET of the day at 3.761 in the finals and grabbed the win light and win No. 200 for DSR. It was such a special day for many reasons. Don got win No. 200 at his home track in Gainesville with many of his Florida friends in attendance. I won my first-ever Gatornationals “Wally” after many years. I’ve been trying to win the Gators since 1998. The ’98 Gators was my first career NHRA race. And Johnny got to put his beautiful Pitch Energy Funny Car in the winner’s circle to celebrate his father’s memory. Johnny and his sister, Terry, were very emotional. Can you believe Johnny and I have double-up three times?

We flew home from Gainesville Monday and I was back on the road on Wednesday night. I flew to LAX for Toyota Motorsports Day at Toyota USA headquarters in Torrance, Calif. All the Toyota Racing drivers gather for a few hours to sign autographs and lunch. That night, I met up with Louis Senter’s family Rodney, Marsha and grandson, Shane, for dinner and I got to meet NFL icon Jim Brown. I now call him Uncle Jim now. Joking aside, what a great opportunity to meet a great legendary person. We also got to see Bruce Meyer’s private car collection where I saw famous Greer, Black & Prudhomme bright yellow dragster. All I can say is amazing! They even had Terry Vance’s leathers there. The next day, I drove to Fontana to attend the STEM program for Toyota and then hung out in the NASCAR garage for a few hours before flying home. I got to sit in Clint Bowyer’s No. 15 Camry. Maybe, just maybe, Clint will sit in my Matco Tools dragster later this year. We’ll see…

I came home on Friday night before we got hit with a big winter storm on Sunday. We got 8 inches of snow, which isn’t the way for the kids to start spring break, but let me tell you, they did have some fun playing in the snow on Monday. It’s Easter this weekend, so have a great weekend and remember the reason for the holiday. It’s not to eat Reese’s eggs. LOL

I head out again Monday for our annual visit to Western Technical College in El Paso, Texas before getting into Vegas on Wednesday. If you’re coming to Vegas, stop by our annual NHRA Fan Fest at DSR’s Vegas home New York-New York Hotel & Casino at 6 p.m. in the Staten Island Room. There were be a ton of NHRA stars there. We’re going to try and keep our momentum going strong. All the best and thanks for reading.

Until next time, a little love, peace and hair grease, and I’m out like shout.

God bless.

BROWNSBURG, Ind. – Antron Brown could use a break from a racetrack, and he’ll get that this week before the NHRA Southern Nationals open Friday near Atlanta.

He’ll also get some reminders of how rewarding the life of a driver is even when you are in a little slump.

Brown and Don Schumacher Racing’s Matco Tools Top Fuel Dragster team remain second in NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series points despite losing in the opening round of the past two events including Sunday near Houston.

If anything, the popular driver from near Indianapolis, could use a little respite before the seventh event of the season opens Friday at Atlanta Dragway in Commerce, Ga., to close out the season’s first stretch of three or more consecutive race weekends.

On Wednesday night, Brown and his wife, Billie Jo, will be guests of honor at a dinner in Atlanta hosted by Coca-Cola to honor professional champions from last year’s NHRA pro tour. The reigning Top Fuel world champ will be joined by DSR teammate Jack Beckman, who won last year’s Funny Car championship.

“It’s a special way for Coca-Cola to honor us,” Brown said. “I think of all the other NHRA champions who have been there and it is very humbling.”

On the following night, Brown will head to Talladega, Ala., where DSR owner Don Schumacher will be inducted into the prestigious International Motorsports Hall of Fame located at the Superspeedway.

Schumacher will be inducted along with NASCAR legends Rick Hendrick, Rusty Wallace and Dale Inman.

“That will definitely be a special night for Don, and all of us really,” said Brown, who has won 21 of his 38 NHRA titles driving a DSR Top Fueler and Pro Stock Motorcycle.

“Just to be part of it and to be there to celebrate with Don and his family will make it a special night. Most people don’t realize how much work and time Don invests in DSR and all the teams. It just feels pretty darn cool to be part of it.”

ON TRACK: Brown along with Matco crew chiefs Brian Corradi and Mark Oswald are not shaken by last weekend’s subpar effort. Several teams were adversely affected by the second consecutive event when two qualifying sessions were lost to rain.

At Houston, Brown along with DSR teammate and points leader Tony Schumacher, lost in the opening round on Sunday.

“We aren’t really worried about what happened,” Brown said. “Our Matco dragster just had too much power for the track under those conditions. We’ll be fine.”

Atlanta is a good track for Brown. He has won there twice in Top Fuel and twice in Pro Stock Motorcycle.

BAYTOWN, Texas – After an impressive spring storm moved through the Houston-area on Saturday, 2012 NHRA Mello Yello Series champion Antron Brown is looking to storm through the Top Fuel competition next weekend at Atlanta Dragway.

Losing two qualifying sessions to rain showers at the last two races, including yesterday at Royal Purple Raceway, Brown’s Matco Tools team eye four solid qualifying laps next weekend in north Georgia as they aim for rounds wins after two straight opening round losses, something that’s happened just three times in 122 career Top Fuel races.

“We’re really disappointed with our result this weekend,” Brown said, who won his first career Top Fuel race at Houston in 2008. “The track got really tricky for everybody. We went out there and thought we had slowed it down enough to run like a mid to high 3.80, which we were confident would get the job done. You can’t take Bob Vandergriff or anyone in this class lightly.

“The car was trying to go way faster than we thought it would go. It left the line and felt like it was trying to go a high 3.70 instead of high 3.80. That’s just what happens sometimes. The track just didn’t come around and we just got beat.”

Brown won’t have long to dwell on the defeat as the popular champion keeps a busy schedule during NHRA’s first three-race swing of 2013. The 22-time Top Fuel winner will join champion teammates “Fast Jack” Beckman and Matt Hagan at Coca-Cola’s annual champion’s dinner at The World of Coca-Cola in Atlanta on May 1, before joining more than 60 guests of team owner Don Schumacher as the DSR team patriarch is inducted into the International Motorsports Hall of Fame in Talladega, Ala. on May 2. The 2013 Hall class also includes Rick Hendrick, Rusty Wallace and Dale Inman.

“We just need to regroup,” Brown said. “We thought we were going to have a good weekend down in here in Houston, get some points and get back into our normal routine. It didn’t work out, so we’ll just have to get back after it in Atlanta, another track we’ve had success at.”

Atlanta could be the perfect therapy for the Matco Tools team as Brown has four career wins at the NHRA-owned Commerce, Ga. facility, including two in Top Fuel (2008, ’11).

The following are Brown’s results and other notes for the NHRA Spring Nationals:

BAYTOWN, Texas – April showers may bring May flowers next week in the Lone Star State, but persistent rain showers in the Houston-area all day Saturday forced NHRA officials to cancel the final day of qualifying at the 26th annual Spring Nationals.

Defending series champion Antron Brown, who claimed his first career Top Fuel win at the ultra-quick Baytown facility five years ago, powered his Matco Tools/U.S. Army dragster to the No. 4 qualifying position on Friday with a DSR Top Fuel-best lap of 3.816-seconds at just 314.83 mph.

“We’re ready for race day,” said Brown, who has three final round visits in five Top Fuel trips at the Spring Nationals. “We like racing at this facility. It’s always a good track for our Matco Tools team.
“We’re going to race the track tomorrow one round at a time. That’s how we’re going to take it and we’ll see where we end up at. That’s how we do it at each and every race. Houston’s been good to us and we hope the result is like 2008 or like last year when we got to the final round. Our DSR Matco team is ready for battle.”
Brown, who qualified in the No. 4 position for the second time this season (Pomona 1), will match up against No. 13 qualifier and two-time Top Fuel winner Bob Vandergriff Jr. in the opening round of Top Fuel eliminations at 11 a.m. (CT) on Sunday morning in Baytown.
After morning drizzle, the rains cleared briefly to allow the completion of the third qualifying session of Pro Stock Motorcycle and most of Pro Stock. No Top Fuel dragsters or Funny Cars made a pass on Saturday.
The following are Brown’s qualifying results and other notes for the NHRA Spring Nationals:

TOP FUEL
First round opponent: Bob Vandergriff Jr.

FRIDAY

CHANDLER, Ariz. - Getting within two round wins of an NHRA national event title normally makes for a good but not great Mello Yello Drag Racing Series weekend.

But considering where reigning Top Fuel world champion Antron Brown and his Matco Tools team were a week ago at Pomona, Calif., advancing to Sunday’s semifinal round was very satisfying.

Instead of picking up pieces and plotting how to get a racecar ready in the next five days like they were doing the previous Sunday after Brown walked away from a horrific crash at almost 300 mph, the team was cleaning a racecar after the NHRA Arizona Nationals at Firebird International Raceway near Phoenix.

Qualifying second Friday in the Arizona Nationals and advancing to the semifinals wasn’t too disappointing despite losing to Don Schumacher Racing and U.S. Army teammate Tony Schumacher.

Against Schumacher, Brown’s elapsed time of 3.752 seconds at 325.45 mph was quicker but Schumacher was quicker leaving the starting line that enabled his slightly slower 3.765 (327.82) to advance him to the final round where he won DSR’s 198th national event title.

“I’m just glad a DSR car won it all,” Brown said. “And with Ron (Capps) winning in Funny Car it made it a great weekend for (owner) Don Schumacher.”

Brown also was equally proud of what his Matco team accomplished.

“Anytime you can make it to the semifinals it’s a great weekend because you’re winning rounds,” Brown said. “I’m just so proud of my team for all the hard work they put in this week. We came out here with a brand new car, qualified second and ran low E.T. of the semifinals. You can’t ask for more than that.”

Immediately after the finals, Brown flew to San Diego to attend Matco’s annual National Business Conference expo before returning home to Pittsboro, Ind., until the next Mello Yello event March 14-17 at Gainesville, Fla.

“I’m just stoked to go back home, regroup and go back and work harder. We’ll come out in Gainesville focused and ready to fight that fight again. I’m looking forward to it.”

CHANDLER, Ariz. - Antron Brown and crew chief Brian Corradi never sweat about the little things in life.

Their faith in God enables them to put racing into its proper perspective.

Losing the No. 1 qualifying position in the last session on Saturday in the NHRA Arizona Nationals to a record-setting run by Doug Kalitta was just a blip on the radar for them. Kalitta’s time of 3.733 seconds at 329.02 mph set both ends of the Firebird International Raceway record.

“When I saw Doug run that 3.73 I got goose bumps. It was a great run,” Corradi said. “We know we have a great racecar and are just happy to start Sunday No. 2.”

Brown and the Matco Tools team made its best run of the weekend on Friday with a time of 3.765 seconds at 314.83 mph.

That was a remarkable feat considering a week ago in the Mello Yello Drag Racing Series season-opener at Pomona, Calif., their racecar was destroyed in a violent crash but Brown was uninjured and able to walk away from the mangled racecar.

In Corradi’s eyes and soul, what was learned about the engine malfunction has been shared with other teams in hope that it can be prevented.

“In the Bible it says God is good, it doesn’t mean that everything is good but having that crash opened the eyes of some other people who might have been having the same problem we’ve had.

“I’m hoping good comes from it.”

For Brown, the reigning Top Fuel world champion, just getting back to the track healthy makes this a successful weekend. And after his Friday run it’s time for him to focus on conquering the racetrack and opponents.

“The track’s good out there,” he said. “People were running mid-70s. Doug just nailed one. You get out there, everything lines up, everything’s right, that’s what these cars do. Hats off to him, he did a good job on that run.

“We went down the track A to B again, getting ready for (Sunday). There are going to be some tough round matchups tomorrow. It’s going to be a lot of fun, challenging. Our Matco Tools/U.S. Army team is definitely looking forward to getting out there.”

The following are Brown’s qualifying results and other notes from the NHRA Arizona Nationals:

BROWNSBURG, Ind. - While the Matco Tools team stayed on the West Coast this week getting a new Top Fuel Dragster ready for driver Antron Brown, the reigning NHRA world champion was back home in Pittsboro, Ind., getting his own tune-up.

The one Brown drove Sunday in the NHRA Winternationals at Pomona, Calif., was destroyed in a crash that occurred moments after an engine explosion. After Brown crossed the finish line at 300 mph, the detonation sent his dragster veering sharply to the left before flipping onto its side, backing into a concrete guardwall before sliding past of the dragstrip pavement and into the sand trap.

Brown, who won that race to advance to the semifinals round, escaped injury thanks to the quality of the Don Schumacher Racing-built chassis and revolutionary enclosed safety canopy developed by DSR.

“The canopy’s windshield is five-eighths-of-an-inch thick. Nothing got to me. When I hit the sand trap (at the end of the pavement), I saw stones flying all over the place, but I didn’t get dusty, nothing got into me. It really, really did its job.

“I remember turning the fresh air on because the (nitro) fumes were getting to me. Thank God that canopy is on our car because when we hit that sand trap it really kept everything away from me and the fire away from me.”

Brown returned to Pittsboro to reassure his wife, Billie Jo, and their three children that he was fine but he also visited his doctor for a quick check-up that determined all of his body parts were fine although he was a little sore.

He also stopped by DSR headquarters in nearby Brownsburg to thank the DSR fabricators who built a dragster capable of protecting him in the crash at nearly 300 mph.

“Our guys in the DSR fabrication shop prepared such a great, safe racecar. Everything is ready to rock. I’m ready to get to Phoenix and get back on that horse. That’s what it’s all about.”

NHRA rules mandate a driver can only compete in eliminations with the car he/she ran in the opening round. That prevented Brown from returning to competition in the semifinals against DSR and U.S. Army teammate Tony Schumacher, but Brown said he would have quickly jumped back into a back-up car if permitted.

“Absolutely. Absolutely. I got out of the car after the accident and walked away. I felt good. Being a racer, I love racing and I could have gotten right back in.

“Phoenix is a good place to get it going and get back on track. We had a good showing out there last year and want to get back and execute that same thing.

A year ago at Phoenix, Brown defeated DSR teammate Tony Schumacher for the Arizona Nationals title to post the first of his six national titles in 2012 that enabled him to become the first African-American to win a major U.S. auto racing championship.

Brown remains confident although he will be in a new DSR dragster.

“It’s never been down a racetrack, but I know the great job our guys do in our (fabrication) shop. We’ll take it one lap at a time and we get four laps in qualifying. We can get back into our routine. We’re feeling pretty good about going back out there.

“We won’t be going there in test mode; we’ll be going there in race mode and make the right moves so we can contend for the win.

“We have to start off one step at a time with qualifying and hopefully we can ramp back up to where we were last year.”

DSR’s Tony Schumacher in the U.S. Army dragster advanced to the Winternationals championship round of Top Fuel where he lost a close race to Shawn Langdon of Al-Anabi Racing; Ron Capps put the NAPA AUTO PARTS Dodge Charger R/T into the final round but lost traction and Courtney Force of John Force Racing produced the quickest run of the weekend. …
In an unplanned example of the strength and safety of DSR-built Top Fuel Dragsters and innovative enclosed safety canopy, reigning world champion Antron Brown walked away unscathed from a horrific crash at nearly 300 mph that destroyed his Matco Tools dragster. Brown will be at Phoenix with an all-new car and eager to run in Friday’s first qualifying session.

POMONA, Calif. - Reigning NHRA Top Fuel champion Antron Brown was a little shaken but able to walk away from an horrific crash after winning his second-round race Sunday afternoon in the NHRA Winternationals at Auto Club Raceway at Pomona, Calif.

Antron walked from the car and was taken to the track’s on-site medical center where he was released after being examined. About an hour later he met with media in the NHRA media center.

It appears an engine malfunction led to debris from the fiery explosion at nearly 300 mph destroying the rear wing. The result sent Brown’s Don Schumacher Racing dragster sliding on its side from the right lane, in which he raced, to the left lane after it crossed the finish line. Brown was going 308.64 mph when he crossed the finish line and moments before the engine exploded.

Brown backed into the concrete guardwall on the left side of the track with enough impact to do significant damage to the wall and delayed racing for about 1 hour, 28 minutes while it was being repaired.

The crash ended the day for the Matco Tools team. By NHRA rules, once eliminations begin on Sunday each driver must finish the event with the same car.

Antron recalled his wild ride:

“I’m good. I remember going to (the finish line). Everything was going fine. I didn’t hear anybody around me so I was, like, ‘We’re doing good.’ All of a sudden I just remember the car just snapping.

“Basically, when (the engine) blew up, I felt the back end come up and all I remember was going over on my side. And then I remember pulling the brakes and everything else and I couldn’t do anything else.

Antron’s beliefs in the DSR-designed safety canopy manufactured by Aerodine Composites were reinforced:

“The windshield is five-eighths-of-an-inch thick. Nothing got to me. When I hit the sand trap (at the end of the pavement), I saw stones flying all over the place, but I didn’t get dusty, nothing got into me. It really, really did its job.

“I remember turning the fresh air on because the (nitro) fumes were getting to me. Thank God that canopy is on our car because when we hit that sand trap it really kept everything away from me and the fire away from me.

“I can’t thank the NHRA Safety Safari enough because when I was upside-down, I already saw their truck pulled up by the sand pit. I saw the guys running out. They were able to lift my car up on its side a little bit. I was able to get my canopy open, and I undid my seatbelts myself and I got out.

“I’m just grateful we had that thing on our car because I don’t know what would’ve happened if we would’ve had (the old-style, open cockpit) setup on the front of the car.”

Brown and his Matco Tools team will compete next weekend in the NHRA Arizona Nationals near Phoenix.

POMONA, Calif. - Antron Brown is set to defend the 2012 NHRA Top Fuel world championship that he and his Matco Tools team won when they were at Southern California’s Auto Club Raceway last November.

The popular driver also knows he has to be patient. The team led by crew chiefs Brian Corradi and Mark Oswald have a few new crew members and a new dragster that features the enclosed safety canopy designed by Don Schumacher Racing and manufactured by Aerodine Composites of Indianapolis.

But there’s nothing shabby about earning the No. 4 qualifying spot for Sunday’s championship eliminations of the NHRA Winternationals, especially in what is the quickest ever Top Fuel field.

Antron’s best run was Friday with a time of 3.768 seconds and the event’s top speed of 328.14 mph. The best the Matco team could muster Saturday on two runs was a 3.841 (319.98).

“It’s not what we wanted to run. We were trying to run a .74 or .75,” he said. “The car took off from the starting line really well but it labored down the track, so we’ll have to take a look and see what happened.

“The weekend’s been OK, it’s just that we’re trying to get after it, and if you don’t get the clutch working right, you’re not going to go fast.”

But the temperature forecast for Sunday is in the high 60s, and that will be at least 10 degrees cooler than what teams have experienced so far in the Mello Yello Drag Racing Series season-opener.

“We kept our car aggressive because tomorrow’s going to be really cool. With the cooler weather coming, the car will make more power and that’s what it needs right now to wear the clutch in. You have to have a lot of engine to wear the clutch. Let’s see what happens Sunday.”
